The National Center for Telecommunications Technologies (NCTT) is a NSF Advanced Technological Education Resource Center of Excellence in the instruction of Telecommunications Engineering Technologies. Under the administrative direction of Springfield Technical Community College (Springfield, MA) and located on its campus, the Center derives major funding from the College, the National Science Foundation, and major telecommunications companies. The focus of the NCTT is to contribute to scientific and technological innovation in telecommunications education with a primary thrust in two areas: Curriculum Development and Program Improvement.

The New Jersey Center for Advanced Technological Education (NJCATE), a National Center for Advanced Technological Education funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), is bringing engineering technology education into the 21st century. Both nationally and internationally, NJCATE's curriculum model is preparing graduates for employment in a globally competitive marketplace. Additionally, NJCATE has broadened awareness throughout the nation of the role that engineering technicians play in the global economy and expanded professional development activities and programs for the educational and business communities.

The mission of National Workforce Center for Emerging Technologies (NWCET) is to build upon the foundation of the Information Technology (IT) Skill Standards in order to: design innovative IT educational programs, provide national thought leadership to education, business and government and contribute to the development of a skilled U.S. Information Technology (IT) workforce.

Brookdale Community College is a comprehensive, public community college providing open access for all individuals to a wide variety of high-quality associate degree and certificate programs, and coursework, for both transfer and vocational entry opportunities. Brookdale’s commitment to focus on program development and improvement has been the foundation of the Mid-Atlantic Institute for Telecommunications Technologies (MAITT). Brookdale continues to support MAITT and its new cutting-edge curriculum offered in the wireless communications program.

Collin County Community College is a premier academic institution of North Texas. CCCCD has five locations, more than 100 certificates and programs, with nearly 40,000 credit and continuing education students. CCCCD prepares students for the diverse field of engineering technology. Each program has been carefully established with the guidance of an advisory committee of engineering technology professionals. These advisors ensure that each program meets current industry needs and standards.

The Institute for Telecommunications Technologies (IT²) is a National Science Foundation (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE) funded project located on the campus of Cuyamaca College, El Cajon, California. The NSF grant provides funding to develop a world-class education program at Cuyamaca College, comprising telecommunications and networking curriculum, multimedia and web-based delivery, "hands-on/engaged" teaching and learning labs, teacher training workshops, and success strategies for women in information technologies and telecommunications.

Gateway Community College is located on two campuses, the Long Wharf Campus in New Haven and the North Haven Campus in Connecticut. The college offers over 70 academic programs or program options that lead to either associate in arts, associate in science, or associate in applied science degrees, or certificates. The Telecommunications Technology program prepares students for work in the development, installation, maintenance, and operation of highly technical telecommunication systems. Gateway’s Telecommunications Technology program will train entry-level technicians to work in the areas of research, design, field service, and technical support personnel for telephone companies, Internet service providers, and cable and wireless communications companies.

Midlands Technical College is a comprehensive, urban, public, two-year college serving the primary region of Richland, Lexington and Fairfield counties of South Carolina. College programs and services provide accessible, affordable, high-quality post-secondary education that prepares traditional and non-traditional students to enter the job market, allows them to transfer to senior colleges and universities, and assists them in achieving their professional and personal goals.

The Wireless Networking & Communications Group (WNCG) is a research center within the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Professors and students within the department are working together to help pioneer tomorrow's wireless devices, networks, and applications. WNCG is sponsored by a group of Industrial Affiliate sponsors - leading wireless, software, and semiconductor companies who take an active role in the research program. WNCG is committed to making a positive impact on their students and the industries they serve.
